DIY Homemade Potato Chips

My man can cook!

Last night he cooked up some delicious crab legs and homemade potato chips (with homemade dip). Yum!!

I snapped a few shots of him in his element.


First he sliced the potatoes. No peeling necessary. We have russet potatoes but nearly any potato would do.20130818-163405.jpg

On the stove he heated oil in a pan on medium high.



Add potato slices one by one- with a good pair of tongs. Cook until light brown. Flip over and cook the other side.



Then salt those delicious chips to taste. 🙂
