My man can cook!
Last night he cooked up some delicious crab legs and homemade potato chips (with homemade dip). Yum!!
I snapped a few shots of him in his element.
First he sliced the potatoes. No peeling necessary. We have russet potatoes but nearly any potato would do.
On the stove he heated oil in a pan on medium high.
Add potato slices one by one- with a good pair of tongs. Cook until light brown. Flip over and cook the other side.
Then salt those delicious chips to taste. 🙂
