Do not be deceived by the water we drink. Though it may taste good and though it may call us near. Remember it’s source. There is One who offers to quench our thirst beyond what we can find on our own.

Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled. NIV Matthew 5:6
And likewise the cup after they had eaten, saying, “This cup that is poured out for you is the new covenant in my blood. Luke 22:20
To truly satisfy, drink from the cup Jesus Christ offers. Nothing that appears good to us is good enough to fully satisfy. When you thirst, be glad. Because it is our time of thirst that deepens our appreciation for the source that quenches it. Consider your source.
